Question :

Namaste Prabhuji.

Once you had told that Adi Shankaracharya is Jnana avatar ..

And there are some called Amsha avatar, then will that mean certain attributes of Brahman has come to earth as avatara Swaroopa ? Then how does Purnamadhaha purnamidham shloka fit here?

Sri Prabhuji :

Sun light is same, but reflection in water, mirror, stone is different. Similarly in Purna avatar 16 Divine qualities are manifest fully in the body-mind. Body-mind is reflecting surface. Purer the mind purer is reflection. Purna avatars with pure mind reflect fully qualities of Paramatma. Amsha avatars because of residual impurity in mind may reflect less than 16 divine qualities. Jnani or Sadguru may reflect some of the 16 qualities.

Purnamadaha means I am not body-mind-intellect ( reflecting surface) but pure consciousness Brahman. Purnamadam refers to original consciousness  while purna avatar, sadguru, jnani, amshavatar are the reflecting media for that pure consciousness.

Sun is source of light (equivalent of pure consciousness). Moon reflects sun light (reflecting surface). Moon has no original illuminating capabilities.  We cannot see sunlight directly but we can see Moon easily to understand Sun. Similarly Brahman cannot be seen but power of Brahman manifests through Avatars, Sadgurus in different proportion depending on quality of mind. Even in every human being same Brahman is reflected but due to impurity of mind quality of reflection is poor.
