iLead stands for integrated leadership for youth for the age group of 4 to 18. An integrated personality involves well balanced Spiritual Quotient (SQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Intellectual Quotient (IQ). iLead program is designed for creating Tomorrow’s Leaders Today by imparting value based online education. iLEAD OVERVIEW (Short 10 min video)
iLead Core Modules
iLead Program is designed for self paced learning. The program has core modules and optional modules. Core modules are compulsory while optional modules can be studied based on interest of the student. There are four core modules.
LEVEL-1: VALUE BASED LEADERSHIP
Understand Value systems related to God, Self, Family and Society.
The course lays for foundation of good character based on value system.
LEVEL-2: SELF LEADERSHIP
Mastering memory, mind, emotions, Vedic mathematics, Essence of Bhagavad-Gita and Upanishad.
Development of Spiritual Quotient, Emotional Quotient and Memory.
LEVEL-3: TEAM LEADERSHIP
Development of capability, coping and communication.
Development of interpersonal relationships, conflict management and time management.
LEVEL-4: ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Public speaking, event management, organizational management
Organizational management and public speaking skills
THE iLEAD Circles
In addition to above Leadership skills, we also provide a great opportunity for children to participate in cultural events, competitions through several cultural circles like – Art circle, dance circle, Artificial Intelligence Circle, Chess Circle, Bhajan circle, Veda Mantra Circle. Story telling circle, Public speaking circle etc. and many more.
