What is the difference between self-actualization and self-realization?

Self actualization is term used by psychologist Maslov. He defined hierarchy of needs as motivation for human being. Our basic need is survival, security, relationships, recognition by society and finally self actualization. Self actualization means realizing full potential like becoming best musician, dancer, scientist etc.
Self realization is realizing I am already perfect, divine and complete while Self actualization focuses on becoming best. Self realization is about being while Self actualization is about becoming. Self realization is HERE and NOW while Self actualization is in future. Self realization is dropping the ego and Self actualization is satisfying ego.
