Question: What is the difference between that soul which is also energy and this body which is also manifestation of same energy? Why these two are different entities?
Sri Prabhuji:
Brahman – Pure awareness is the soul reality. Universe is a manifestation of creativity called Maya of Brahman. Universe is also essentially the same stuff as consciousness. One reality appears as subject (soul) and object . Subject experiences object.
For example “waker consciousness” appears as multiplicity of subject and object in dream. Everything in dream is nothing but waker’s consciousness.
Followup question: When I meditate, I always get this doubt that everything is same here. It means I meditating to myself and asking for something to myself only. Means I the energy thinking about that universal consciousness being which is also me, and asking for something and that thing is also part of me only. Then why I have to ask for something. Why I cannot manifest some part of me to something else.

Who is this “me?”. Me is the Self identity you have. What is Self identity made up of – all your past impressions stored in subconscious mind.
Our mind is 5% conscious and 95% subconscious. 95% subconscious carries all our impressions vasanas.
When you say there is one reality – you are speaking from conscious mind which is 5%. Subconscious mind has still old identities, impressions. Information in consciousness mind has to be transformed. Conscious mind and subconscious mind should hold one reality of SELF. Split mind has to be healed.
