Question: How do you experience the bliss of the non-dual self? Adi Shankara Bhagavatpada says that the Self is different from Anandamaya kosha. How do I experience this for myself?
Sri Prabhuji:
Any dualistic experience involves subject and object. All dualistic experiences are temporary. Pure experience or non-dual experience does not involve subject object split. It is blissful experience without experiencer. Freedom from all conditioning of time, space and causality is bliss.
In reality “I AM” is the only blissful real experience you have at any point of time. This is the background experience. All other temporary experiences appear on the screen of “I AM” like a movie appearing on screen. Movie keeps changing but screen does not change.
