It is said that Master (Sadguru) appears in seekers life once he/she is ready.
Reality is non dual. In reality Sadguru and discipline (shishya) are one. Two fold division of disciple (shishya) and Sadguru is unreal. Disciple is seeking the Master and Master is seeking disciple. When the disciple is ready Master appears in front of disciple. It is the Master in disciple who recognises the Sadguru (Master) when disciple has attained maturity and seeks Master.
