The flow of life is impersonal happening in universal consciousness. Just like the river flows through ups and downs, valleys and rocks, hard and soft lands, the river of life keeps flowing impersonally.
Suffering in life is due to personalizing impersonal flow of life. Holding onto any aspect of life causes immense suffering since nature of life itself is constant change.
