The true purpose of life lies in self-realization through introspection (Atmano Mokshartham) and selfless sharing of happiness (Jagad Hitaya Cha). Many mistakenly equate purpose with worldly goals, turning life into a pursuit of external achievements for fleeting happiness. Goals are outwardly directed, focusing on external rewards, while purpose is an inward journey of self-discovery. True fulfillment comes not from chasing material gains but from understanding one’s inner self and spreading joy selflessly. Recognizing this distinction allows us to transcend superficial desires and align with the deeper essence of existence.
