Shaastras like Bhagavadgita are needed for Self Realisation and Shastras are the tools for making a living in the world and selfless service.
Inner and outer dimensions of life – atmano Mokshartham, jagad hitaya cha is supported by Shaastra and Shastra.
In one hand we should carry Bhagavadgita (Shaastra) and in the other hand we should carry tools and technologies (Shastra).
