Fear arises from duality—the perception of separateness or “otherness.” (Yadvaitam pashyati, bhayam bhavati) When we see others as different from ourselves, fear is born. True fearlessness comes from realizing non-duality: seeing the ONE essence in all beings. By understanding this ONENESS, we transcend fear.
