Realize the God (Ishvara) who lives in you as you(SELF/Atma).
God projects the world through you (body and mind) and experiences the world as you (jivatma). Know that one who sees through your eyes, hears through your ears is the SELF (Paramatma) of all. Be stilln (summaniru) and know that you (SElf/Atma) are God. TATWAMASI (You are That)
