Question: What is the difference between 1). To see is to be 2) To be is to see ?
Sri Prabhuji:
Ignorance
To see is to be means jiva is driven by vasanas and impressions. Sees someone in the world and I want to be like him or her. Ego is continuously focusing on becoming somebody. This causes stress in life. Focus is on outer reality.
With Jnana
To be is to see change has to happen within me to see changes in the outer reality. Focus is on improving self so that I can bring changes what I want in life. Less stress. Focus is on inner reality.
To be also is to be myself. Just be. Free from stress. State of surrender or jnana with understanding that I am already perfect.
Realization
Being established in SELF – I am pure awareness (Brahman) is To be
Realization that world is Brahman is To see
Now to see and to be is same as to be is to see SELF in All and all in SELF. Non duality. Aham Brahmasmi, Sarvam Khalvidam Brahma.
