Life is so real for us. Ups and downs of life affects all of us.
We go to movie theatre to enjoy reel (cinema) life. Reel life is enjoyable and full of entertainment because we are spectators and not participants in the movie.
We don’t realize that what we call real life is nothing but a reel life. All that we see is reel life projected by mind. Day in and out we only see mind-movie.
The day we realize that real life is nothing but reel life (mind-movie), we start enjoying whatever happens in life. We become spectators (witness) of mind movie.
Being witness ends spectra of mind. It is the involvement with the mental projection which gives reality to life. Real life to reel life is spiritual journey.
