[9:19 PM, 4/18/2024] Guruji: A dream character has no clue about anything outside of the dream world. A dreamer has no real control over events in the dream. However one who is dreaming can suddenly wake up because of dream events or when some other person wakes him up. In either case dream character has to be “chosen” to be awakened up by circumstances beyond control of dreamer.
Similarly life is also dream. Dream of life is called Maya. For waking up from maya the dreamer has to be “chosen” by the totality (Ishvara) functioning as Nature . Waking from maya is called enlightenment/ awakening. For awakening to happen the dreamer has to come in contact with the awakened one. Dreamer has to be the “chosen one”.
Existence in the form of Sadguru (Realized Master) showers grace in the form teaching to awaken the dream character trapped in Maya.
