Children build castles with a pack of cards. With one touch the castle collapses.
Our self identity the so-called “me” is similar to a castle with a pack of cards.
We build our self identity with mental objects like thoughts, ideas, concepts, illusions and objects of the world. Objects of mind and world are fragile and constantly changing causing immense suffering (samsara).
To be free from “me” by discovering the real SELF which is the foundation of life is the key to freedom from suffering.
