The world is unreal, Brahman alone is reality (Brahma Sathya, Jagat Mithya).
Life is centred around self identity “me”. “Me” is built with constantly changing unreal objects of physical and mental world. “Me” gets hurt frequently because it is built with a pack of lies (mithya).
Freedom from “me” is freedom from hurt (samsara) in life. Self enquiry (who am I ?) is the real secret of blissful life free from suffering.
