Love for God

We use the word “love” as a noun, adjective or verb. In the sentence I “love” God, love is a verb.
In the sentence I need “love”, love is noun. In Divine “love”, “love” is an adjective. What is “love” then ?

When the lover(devotee)and beloved God are one what remains is “love” only. In that oneness, there is only love which is not an adjective or verb but pure “love” which is called Bhakti in sanskrit. In that oneness, “Love” is God. In Bhakti, “love” transcends language constructs.
