People crave for success in life. Success comes from experiences. Experience is possible only when one is ready to experiment and learn from outcome. The outcome may be success or failure.
Thus one who is ready to learn from success/failures can only be successful.
Success and failure are two connected opposites in life. One who wants succes has to be ready for failure.
One who understands the dualistic nature of life involving success and failure, transcends both and gets freedom from suffering. Such an enlightened Sage is really succesful in life.
