People think that spirituality is all about techniques and practices. They try to learn different techniques of meditation, breathig practice etc. While all these may help, real inner transformation needs presence of Sadguru – Living Master.
In Shiva Sutra, Shiva teaches Parvathi – “Gurur Upayaha” – Sadguru is the technique. The meaning of this is life of the Sadguru – life of wisdom, love, compassion, service and teachings itself is the technique. Sadguru is living book of Truth. It is not that Sadguru teaches a technique, Sadgurus life is the technique.
