Reality exists on three levels: physical (Adi Bhautika), metaphysical (Adi Daivika), and spiritual (Adhyatmika). In epics, the battle between divine (Devas) and demonic (Asuras) forces symbolizes the eternal struggle between good and evil. This metaphysical conflict manifests in the physical world as wars and disturbances, while on the spiritual level, it represents the battle between positive and negative thoughts within the mind.
By recognizing that you are not the mind but its witness, you can cultivate divine qualities and attain peace and harmony.
