Dear Atmajyotis, Wish you very happy Holi.
Holi is about celebration of colours of life. Experiencing vibrancy and joy. On the occassion of Holi, kamadahana – burning of desires rituals is done. How can we relate kamadahana and celebration of colours of life.
The secret of Holi festival is from Ishavasya upanishad teachings
“Enjoy by renouncing” (Tena Tyaktena Bhunjithaha – Ishavasya Upanishad) means true enjoyment comes from detachment. By letting go of greed and attachment, we can fully appreciate what we have, experiencing contentment and peace.
Message of Holi festival is “He who renounces greed and attachment enjoys Colours of life”
