Reality appears as both subject and object. Seeing the world as separate creates duality, leading to suffering (samsara). By witnessing the body and mind as objects, one realizes All in One, experiencing supreme Peace. Alternatively, by identifying with everything, one realizes One in All, experiencing Universal Love. Both Peace and Love arise in full awareness—Light. Seeing the body as a subject leads to samsara, while seeing it as an object leads to freedom (Peace). Seeing the whole world as oneself results in Love. Ultimately, Love, Peace, and Light are the essence of life.
