I am limited body-mind-intellect. I want to expand and become infinite. This feeling of limitations is source of all desires.
Drop desires say many spiritual teachings. How to drop desires is the dilemma of seekers. Suppressing of desires is dangerous since it can lead to explosion later. Expression of desire is another challenge. Fulfilment of desires leads to karma and karma phala. Either way seeker is trapped – expression or suppression both are problems.
What is the solution ? Transcendence is the solution. Enquiry of “who has desire” leads to true infinite SELF free from all desires. It is the Jiva (ego /mind) which has feelings of limitations. SELF is always blissful free from all limitations and desires
