Energy is essential nature of manifest reality. Energy is continuously changing. Change created appearance of objects like water appearing as waves. All objects are temporary and unreal. Mind gives names to energy forms. Name & form (nama-rupa) conceptualized by mind create unreal thought forms.
Energy Form is in the present moment. Thought form is past memories superimposed on the present moment.
